The app is not very good. Cant schedule. It doesnt start the timer correctly either

Nice idea but super buggy (still). Often disconnects so timer stops, or reconnects and sets some random temperature.

What a letdown! Device is convoluted and hard to set so I thought this app will help. Then, I ran it... I also waited for the update... Now, after Ive seen what their iOS developer "can do", I deleted it. It might as well not waste the space on my iPhone. Even the recipe layout is confusing. Wow, in just how many ways can you do this "programming" and "design" wrong? I mean, wow, it is SO bad!!!

Great sous vide machine, but terrible app. Wifi connectivity is iffy & stops if I take my iPhone to another part of the house. Fortunately the cooker continues regardless of connectivity. Setting time is complicated on the cooker itself, so if I cant get wifi to set it, I use a timer instead.

The app works and easily pairs with the circulator. You can set the temperature and timer from your phone, but thats something you can also do yourself by adjusting the settings on the machine, so you do not really need an app for that. I feel that the recommended temperatures and cooking time on the recipes are all wrong: too low & too short. Also the recipes look all Asian inspired.

Why have a timer option if it doesnt work? Please fix.

I installed the app and the app instantly connected to the sous vide cooker. I was able to modify temp, change from Fahrenheit to Celsius and set a timer. Great app, easy setup and easy to use.

Love my Anova Precision Pro. The app unfortunately is only good for telling you when the water is ready (which can take up to and over an hour in my experience). After that it doesnt time the cook right and frequently gets disconnected on Bluetooth and wifi. The recipes are a valuable tool & guide, but maybe use the app for that and time your cook on the device and with a kitchen timer.

I can pair with the iPhone but not my iPad ( new mini 4). Apps needs to be reloaded every time I use the appliance. Bluetooth NEVER works. App stops during cooking, great how much time is left????? This company should be ashamed releasing a product and software that was obviously not ready for my $179.

Great app to look up recipes, but that is where it ends. If you want to set a timer you are better off setting the timer on your phone because you have to jump through hoops to do it on the app. Bluetooth integration is nice and easy to setup but nothing worked after that. I would uninstall but I need the recipes so you get one star for content.

I dont find this app useful to control or monitor my cooker; I can make adjustments manually. (It would be nice if it were possible to silence the cooker when the timer expires; since overcooking is, practically speaking, all but impossible, do I really need the cooker to constantly remind me that the allotted time has finished?) The great value of this app, to me, is in the collection of recipes. I love the fact that Anova seems regularly to add to the collection. Good job on that; keep it up!!
