Not sure what to do with it

The app works and easily pairs with the circulator. You can set the temperature and timer from your phone, but thats something you can also do yourself by adjusting the settings on the machine, so you do not really need an app for that.

I feel that the recommended temperatures and cooking time on the recipes are all wrong: too low & too short. Also the recipes look all Asian inspired.
