Doesnt stop at time that I set

There are very few recipes and Ive experienced two bad things:
-when the time expires the anova precision cooker should stop heating and pumping. This is not happening due to a bug
-I cannot set a delayed start for a program. There are dishes that require more than 4 hours too cook: I need a way to start the program when Im not home.
