Some Concerns

While the Anova Culinary Precision Cooker works quite well I have some concerns with the App/Bluetooth setup. The devs have chosen to make it easy to pair the app and the device, but that leaves it open to anyone. So, if I leave my apartment anyone could “hijack” my Anova and ruin my dinner. There doesn’t seem to be a way to completely turn off the bluetooth and prevent other devices from pairing with it. No bueno!
